Commercial aircraft hangar and office area – Manitowoc, WI (KMTW)
Prime Northeast Wisconsin location on the lighted main ramp area inside security fencing with 24-hour fuel available. The steel-constructed building is over 11,500 square feet and includes heated hangar, shop area, furnished office space and restroom, all in very good condition. Airport has 5001’ runway with ILS and GPS approaches.
The hangar features brand new flooring system, new state-of-the-art high efficiency LED lighting, updated office space, two bi-fold hangar doors: a 60x18’ ramp-facing (east) and 42x14’ rear-facing (west) large enough to accommodate up to mid-size jets and turboprops. The building also includes an overhead door large enough to accommodate box trucks and semi-trailers. The office area could be used as a passenger lounge with secure parking.
The hangar is serviced with adequate power and high-speed broadband internet access. The airport is one of the few sites in the country with true multimodal transportation. It can be accessed by Air, Land, Rail and Sea.
